Account Manager for eCom Marketing Agency

HustlerMarketing is looking for an Account Manager.

Hustler Marketing is a world-class email marketing agency. We customize plans of attack for each of our clients to help them double or even triple their email revenue.

As for clients, our list is incredibly diverse, with stores ranging from 300K-20M/year in revenue in nearly every niche you can think of.

What you’ll do:

• Be in charge of 6 to 8-figure eCommerce clients looking to increase their revenue.
• Planning and implementing the Email Marketing strategy (mainly through Klaviyo)
• Managing a Team of professional CopyWriters and Designers to develop the necessary marketing campaigns.
• Making sure the communication with your clients is on point and their satisfaction (and ROI) continues to increase.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of experience working in digital marketing, ideally in Email Marketing, and for one employer where you can showcase consistent results.
2. Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m).
3. Being available and responsive during 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri).
4. Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing (doesn’t need to be your native language).
5. Previous remote work experience is a big advantage.
6. Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and G-Suite.
7. A Results-driven attitude every day.
8. Very high attention to detail.
9. Ability to learn/adapt fast.
10. Ability to be accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership).
11. A laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection.
