Your Opportunity

Summer internship in Accounting providing experience in accounting processes and standard practices as well as exposure to financial analysis through actual versus budget spend review cycles.

This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories),

What You’ll Do

  • Review domestic expense reports in Concur – check receipts and expense coding to ensure expense policies are followed and expenses are charged to proper general ledger accounts and cost centers
  • Communicate with vendors to request required documentation for vendor set up/updates and call vendors to confirm any banking changes are valid for security purposes to reduce potential fraud
  • Assist with other projects as requested by Accounting or Finance management

Your Team:

You will be welcomed as a member of the Accounting team (a team of about 12 people). Our team enjoys the flexibility and greater work life balance working remotely offers. There will be ample resources, tools, training, and support to ensure your success as a enter the Accounting Internship.

About You:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelors Degree program with accounting coursework
  • Experience with MS Office; proficient Excel skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organization and time management skills
