We’re hiring a highly detail-oriented and execution-driven Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, month-end close, payroll, and core accounting operations across complex client accounts.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong experience with accrual accounting / GAAP financials (not just cash-based accounting)
Experience managing multi-entity, multi-location, or multi-segment businesses
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (and/or Desktop/Enterprise)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Data Tables)
Experience processing payroll using systems such as Gusto (or similar)
Experience with U.S. sales tax filings
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
