We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team in the transport and logistics industry. The successful candidate will manage the full accounts receivable process, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate customer account records.
Requirements
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function
Coordinate debtor management
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers
Prepare and issue customer statements, credit notes, and related documentation
Process and allocate customer receipts accurately
Conduct credit checks and process new account applications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date debtor records
Support cash management processes
Assist with general ledger data entry
Provide backup support to Accounts Payable
Provide administrative support to the Finance Department Benefits
