Job Summary:The Administrative Assistant will provide part-time support to the Enrollment Management Team led by the Director of Enrollment Management and consisting of the Admissions and Student and Family Experience (SFX) teams. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of the Admissions and SFX teams by supporting daily office needs and general administrative activities.
Compensation and Location: The compensation for this role is $25/hour at 20 hours/week. The schedule for this role will be M-F 12pm - 4pm EST. This is a part-time position and will start as a 3 month contract with the potential to extend depending on the team’s needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedule and calendar for the Director of Enrollment Management including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Handle Admissions Office and Main School Line communications, including phone calls, emails, letters, and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain a digital filing system for important and confidential Admissions and SFX documents.
- Develop and update efficient administrative systems.
- Assist in the organization of Admissions and SFX functions and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, perform minute-taking, and disseminate the minutes.
- Data entry of student information into databases including but not limited to HubSpot and Sora Home.
- Provide administrative support as assigned by the Admissions and SFX Teams.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
