- As an Adobe Experience Developer, you will be responsible for working with adjacent development teams to implement integrated technical solutions. Develop front-end code in a timely and high- quality manner while leveraging site standards including site structure, page templates, navigation, and the site information architecture

Essential Functions
- Translate business goals into technical requirements, conduct code/design reviews, and drive the technical implementation of web projects throughout the project lifecycle
- Build AEM authoring components and templates
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and stable web solutions that meet business needs
- Utilize AEM to layout pages, troubleshoot issues, and train authors of the system
- Partner with Visual Design and User Experience teams to develop effective/engaging designs
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience
- Proven experience in web development, with a focus on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Familiarity with React is highly desirable
- Experience with front-end development tools, such as webpack, npm, and Git
- Experience in Java, HTML, CSS, Maven • Familiarity with developing AEM workflows
- Knowledge of OSGi services
- Solid knowledge of AEM development concepts, including templates, components, workflows, and the AEM development model
- Proficient in Java and/or other programming languages
- Experience with RESTful web services and integration with external systems
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
