About the role:
We're looking for an AI Engineer to build AI agents and solutions that transform engineering workflows.
Your impact:
Build AI agents for engineers that transform development workflows.
Automate routine engineering tasks (requirements refinement, coding, testing).
Improve team velocity and reduce manual effort through AI-driven solutions.
Create internal best-practices guidelines for building and scaling AI agents.
Act as an Engineering × AI multiplier across teams.
About you:
1+ year of hands-on experience building and integrating AI/LLM solutions.
Strong Software Engineering, AQA, SDET or DevOps background.
Practical experience with Context Engineering and RAG architectures.
Experience building multi-agent systems (n8n, Claude Code, Agents SDK, etc.).
Strong hands-on experience with coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex).
Proven ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results.
Systems thinker with strong time management and ownership mindset.
