The Opportunity
As an instructor for our brand new AI for Business Value programme, you will deliver our AI specific content equipping learners with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to understand and apply opportunities to achieve business value gains through the use of AI. You will empower learners to understand how AI applies to their business strategy, how to use business analysis techniques to identify opportunities and address challenges and how to execute projects through effective change management and stakeholder engagement in an ethically responsible way.
You will cover a range of topics, starting with AI fundamentals for business, then delving into data for AI-driven value and ethics. Next, you will introduce business analysis basics, including opportunity identification, current state evaluation, and understanding business needs. You will also help learners in how they bring AI into their organization, focusing on opportunity identification, project implementation, and scaling AI growth.
The Multiverse coaching team is an incredible mix of industry experts, teachers, and academics. You’ll work as part of the team with the shared vision of building a better future of work, benefitting both apprentices and our clients. You will report into one of our Delivery Leads who will support and guide you through your development journey at Multiverse.
For a successful start at Multiverse, you'll undergo a comprehensive 4-week onboarding programme. It is designed to equip you with pedagogical insights, differentiate teaching from facilitation, and build essential coaching and technical skills for apprentice support.
During onboarding, you’ll be paid your full salary whilst getting exciting opportunities to put your learning into practice by supporting coaches in their delivery and coaching sessions. You will be specifically focused on upskilling your knowledge, understanding and application of the Business Analyst apprenticeship standard. This will enable you to support learners in how they can identify improvement opportunities that can be solved by AI technology in their businesses. At the end of your onboarding, you’ll be ready to launch your first cohort of Multiverse apprentices. We believe this is an opportunity like no other!
Specifically, you will:
Deliver interactive online workshop sessions to large groups of apprentices to help them discover and develop their skills for real-world application as they develop their experience in their role and current organisation, supporting them in their journey towards becoming AI focused professionals
You will be responsible for your cohort’s progress through their apprenticeship, getting to know their roles in detail and working with their managers to support them to successful completion of the apprenticeship programme and into their future careers.
About you:
Technical credibility: You are a confident user of AI tools and technologies, with knowledge in at least one of the following; prompt engineering, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics. You may also have experience building ML models and Predictive Analytics and have worked closely in or with a Data or Analytics team previously.
Industry Applied Experience: You have hands-on experience implementing AI into organisations, you also have experience working with stakeholders to identify and address organisational needs through AI solutions.
[Desired] Teaching and coaching experience: You have a proven track record of teaching or coaching in a professional setting, preferably in the context of AI or related fields. You excel at breaking down complex topics into digestible chunks and providing personalised guidance to learners at all skill levels.
Business acumen: You understand the strategic implications of AI adoption and can effectively communicate how AI can drive value and innovation within different business contexts. You have experience working with stakeholders to identify and address organizational needs through AI solutions.
Communication skills: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. You can adapt your communication style to cater to diverse audiences and foster collaborative learning environments.
Adaptability and creativity: You thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, where new technologies and methodologies constantly emerge. You are adaptable and creative, able to tailor your teaching approach to accommodate changing circumstances and learner preferences.
Commitment to social mobility and equity: You are deeply passionate about promoting social mobility and equity, and you believe in the transformative power of education to create opportunities for all. You are dedicated to inspiring individuals from diverse backgrounds to pursue careers in AI and contribute to positive societal change.
