We are looking for a skilled professional to help manage and optimize our AI Caller Agent system. This role combines technical setup, system management, and sales-oriented communication, making it ideal for someone comfortable working with both software and AI voice technology.
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time)
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor AI voice caller agents
Work with automation workflows built in n8n
Configure and optimize AI voice systems using ElevenLabs
Create, update, and improve conversation flows for voice agents
Troubleshoot issues related to calls, responses, or integrations
Develop and refine call scripts for better engagement and results
Monitor call performance and suggest improvements
Handle basic system updates and adjustments when needed Requirements
Requirements
Experience working with automation tools such as n8n.
Familiarity with AI voice tools such as ElevenLabs.
Understanding of how AI voice agents function, including prompts, flows, and responses
Basic technical knowledge for managing integrations and workflows
Sales or customer communication experience (helpful for improving call interactions)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Nice to Have
Experience building or managing AI chatbots or voice bots
Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
