We’re looking for an exceptional Associate Sales Executive to join our team and drive our growth. As Associate Sales Lead you’ll play a crucial role in helping our customers launch innovative solutions, fostering relationships with key partners like AWS and assisting the end-to-end sales process, from introduction through signing a SOW. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical aptitude and/or proven domain expertise in a key Loka vertical like Healthcare, Life Sciences or SaaS.
Loka offers a competitive base salary and quarterly bonus structure. This is not a quota-carrying position.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Loka Sales Leads to nurture and close high-value clients.
- Assist in the end-to-end sales process from introduction to signature.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at AWS virtually and in-person.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering team to define project scopes and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Represent our company at industry events and conferences to enhance our visibility and expand our network.
- Work closely with sales leads, engineers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field; advanced degree (MS, PhD) a plus
- Minimum of 3+ years of technical experience in engineering, AI/ML, data science, product management, solution architecture, sales engineering or a related field OR equivalent experience in a priority vertical for Loka such as Healthcare or Life Sciences
- Proven track record in a customer facing role, preferably within the technology sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, especially in the data and infrastructure space
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage a wide range of diverse projects and customer needs concurrently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events up to 25% of the month
- A clean criminal record
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card holder)
