Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Assistant to support our growing e-commerce operations. The primary focus of this role is Amazon account management, but experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, Shopify, etc.) is highly valued.
If you do not yet have hands-on experience with all platforms listed, we are open to candidates who are eager, coachable, and willing to learn new e-commerce systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage Amazon shipment plans
Run and optimize Amazon Deals and Coupons
Perform inventory forecasting and stock monitoring
Manage Amazon Creator Connections
Assist with and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
Handle Walmart account management (if applicable)
Monitor and resolve Amazon account health issues
Create and optimize Amazon product listings
Open, track, and resolve Amazon Seller Central cases
Conduct A/B testing for listings and creatives
Perform flat file uploads and bulk listing updates Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or E-commerce Assistant
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Familiarity with:
Shipment plans
Listings and flat files
Deals, coupons, and promotions
PPC basics
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written communication skills
Ability to follow SOPs and meet deadlines Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience with Walmart Seller Center
Experience with other e-commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, etc.)
Advanced Amazon PPC knowledge
