• Provide support via chat, meet or phone to partner accountants;

• Solve in an agile and quality manner simple level 1 doubts from partner accountants;

• Create step-by-step procedures performed in the system in the format of images and texts or videos with the objective of resolving customer doubts;

• Forward systemic problems and problems apparently without solution to the Product Specialists team for validation and problem resolution;

• Redirect to other departments any chat or phone that is not in your area of activity, to help the customer solve their problem in the right place;

• Act in a consultative manner and go beyond punctual support, seeking to understand if the accountant served has openness to new value deliveries from the Omie ecosystem.

• Experience necessary with B2B customer support;

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Ease in building relationships with other areas;

• Good personal organization and time management;

• Critical sense - seek grounding, question and do not make automatic decisions based on your own opinion;

• Proactivity and commitment;

• Quick learning ability;

It will be a differentiator if you have:

• Complete Higher Education or currently studying in Accounting Sciences or any course in the area of technology or business;

• Knowledge in API integrations or spreadsheets will be a differentiator;

• Knowledge in accounting fiscal scenario and accounting business will be a differentiator;

• Ability to remain calm in moments of pressure and find the path to resolution of obstacles and challenges;
