We are 10Pearls, an award-winning digital development company, that helps businesses with product design, development, and technology acceleration. We are looking for a consultative, creative professional who wants to flex their admin muscles using all the latest and greatest the platform has to offer to help us take our current implementation to the next level.

About the role

Our client, a real estate company, seeking a highly skilled Analytics Specialist, so if you are motivated, passionate, a quick learner and have effective commination skills, this role is waiting for you!

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data from various sources, with a primary focus on Google Analytics.
• Develop and maintain Dashboards in Looker (formerly known as Datastudio by Google) to visualize key metrics and trends.
• Utilize Salesforce to extract relevant data and generate insights to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities.
• Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data to uncover opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Requirements

• Solid experience in data interpretation, preferably in the areas of Marketing Digital, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, with the ability to extract and analyze data effectively.
• Experience in building and maintaining Dashboards in Looker (formerly Datastudio).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.

- Advanced English level.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with Quantum Metrics or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and its reporting capabilities.
