The Role
We’re not looking for someone to maintain an app. We’re looking for the company’s first Android Engineer at a time when we’re redefining ourselves as an AI-focused product and strategy.
You will have real ownership of the Android front end as the company enters a new phase. Architecture decisions, technical quality—it’s all in your hands. Not a ticket executor. Owner of the platform.
What you’ll do
Lead the development and evolution of the Android app. Make architecture decisions that impact performance, UX, and maintainability. Work side-by-side with the core team to turn new initiatives—including AI-driven features—into robust mobile experiences. Raise the technical standard across the entire mobile front end.
What we’re looking for
+2 years developing mobile apps in production. Solid experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose (some legacy XML experience is a plus). Ability to work with complete autonomy. Technical judgment to make decisions without waiting for constant validation. Product mindset, not just execution. Tech-savvy in AI is a must. Based in Argentina.
Conditions
100% remote. Paid in USD (contractor).
