What You’ll Own
Lead Outreach & Prospect Engagement
Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to attorneys
Introduce services and initiate conversations
Ask smart questions to:
Understand needs
Qualify interest
Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
Engage prospects professionally and confidently
Appointment Scheduling
Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team
Coordinate availability across calendars
Confirm meetings and ensure prospects are prepared
Maintain clean and accurate scheduling records
Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing
Execute consistent follow-up sequences
Re-engage interested prospects over time
Handle objections professionally
Continue conversations until:
A meeting is booked, or
A clear decision is made
CRM & Lead Management
Log all activities in CRM systems like:
HubSpot
Salesforce
Track lead progress and update statuses
Maintain clean, structured records of all interactions
Ensure no lead or follow-up is missed

1–2+ years in:
Appointment Setting
SDR / BDR
