Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and generating qualified leads for our sales team through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
  • Set appointments and schedule meetings with potential clients for our sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales leads and activity in our CRM
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns
  • Participate in regular sales and training meetings to improve skills and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or appointment setting roles
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Nice to have: Experience in real estate, SaaS, energy sector, or hospitality industries
