Position: Architect with Sales Experience
Work Setup: 100% Remote / Work From Home Availability: Must be able to join immediately
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients and understand their project requirements.
Prepare architectural concepts, presentations, and proposals.
Assist in converting leads into projects through effective communication and relationship building.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with clients.
Support business development and sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Previous experience in sales,business development, client relations, or account management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
Available to start immediately
Preferred:
Experience in architectural, construction, interior design, or AEC-related sales
Experience working with international clients
