Virtual Assistant

Functions: Perform customer service and lead management shared by the companies Caiman, Ordagro and TCL. Its main function is to provide excellent customer service by telephone, in our virtual chats, social media channels and open channels, generate and manage leads to the responsible sales staff, as well as ensure the correct follow-up of commercial activities on the Bitrix platform. This position has a key focus on optimizing customer experience and generating business opportunities for the three companies.
