Main Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with REBT and RITE regulations on all projects.
Manage and develop detailed schedules using tools such as MS Project or similar software.
Review and update drawings and models in AutoCAD/Revit according to project specifications.
Enter and update construction progress reports and certifications in the construction ERP system.
Perform accurate measurements of materials and resources, and prepare cost comparisons.
Support the Site Manager in decision-making related to project progress, budget, and deadlines.
Requirements
High school diploma and/or a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in drawing design
Availability to work remotely with at least 6 hours of overlap with Madrid’s time zone.
Expert knowledge of AutoCAD design software.
Knowledge of regulations and safety standards
Basic English (preferred)
Advanced Excel skills
