Job Description

In this role, you will implement and refine lead conversion and customer retention strategies. Keeps, renowned for its subscription health service primarily serving men and recently expanding into sexual health, presents a unique opportunity for you to develop vital CRM skills crucial for building an innovative, world-class business within the healthcare space.

Your specific task will be to enhance the Keeps patient journey by delving into data and meticulously devising methods to strengthen the relationship with patients, focusing on encouraging engagement and long-term retention. You will closely partner with the creative, content, and brand teams to construct, evaluate, and personalize touchpoints. Additionally, you will collaborate with product, strategy, and operations teams to craft CRM campaigns aimed at optimizing performance at each stage of the user journey and help us to continue to achieve our mission to help men receive convenient, affordable, and quality care for a variety of their health and wellness needs!   • The base pay range for this position is $74,000- $102,000 per year.**

What you get to do every day

  • Creating and executing acquisition and retention strategies for Keeps CRM, which can include email/SMS marketing flows, landing pages, sales campaigns and more
  • Developing and executing omni-channel campaigns (email + SMS required), verifying copy, layout, links, and dynamic content as well as assessing and addressing any spam or deliverability risks
  • Building creative marketing strategies grounded in data that drive meaningful impact on our acquisition, conversion and retention KPIs
  • Conducting quality assurance reviews and delivery testing to ensure the accuracy of email deployments, as well as monitor the campaign post-deployment to validate completion for best in class customer experience
  • Analyzing email program performance metrics at the campaign and aggregate level to identify trends
  • Helping to build lifecycle marketing culture within Thirty Madison by working alongside counterparts in other brands to share takeaways and discuss optimization opportunities
  • Leverage patient research and data to devise customer segmentation strategies that deepen our relationships with patients and enable them to feel understood and supported

What you bring to the role

  • 1+ years in a lifecycle marketing role, preferably in a fast-growing e-commerce start-up environment that believed in the balance of data and creativity
  • A patient-first attitude and a passion for reimagining and transforming the healthcare experience for millions of people
  • Previous experience in customer pathing, email & SMS marketing, as well as familiarity with customer segmentation and customer lifecycle management
  • Ability to build functional, professional, and beautiful email templates (HTML experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with ESP/CRM tools, such as Iterable, Klayivio, …. to be able to build and complete multi-channel CRM automations, marketing campaigns, A/B tests, segment creation, and reporting
  • Ability to adapt to a fluid fast paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM data analysis and utilization of tools such as Microsoft Excel and Looker, Tableau or another data visualization tool
