As an Associate Engineer – 2d/3d Graphic Specialist, you will be responsible for the design and development of 2D/3D renders of floorplan and equip graphics. You will provide professional graphic services and support for based on project requirements and infrastructure needs. You will communicate with deployment, product development and project management teams — meeting emerging product and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience in fields such as 3D modeling, Graphic Design, architectural drawing or a related discipline.
- Create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D renders of building floorplans, equipment and devices.
- Collaborate with engineers, software developers and UI/UX designers to ensure renderings meet project specifications and requirements.
- Interpret architectural and mechanical drawings to develop realistic and functional renderings.
- Utilize CAD software and other 3D modeling tools to produce high-quality visualizations.
- Ensure all renders are compatible with our building automation software and enhance user interface design.
- Assist in the development of virtual simulations for systems and building layouts.
- Maintain and organize a library of 3D models and assets.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D rendering and building automation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in 2D and 3D rendering, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling tools; SketchUp, Enscape, Revit. Familiarity with CAD software; AutoCAD, is a plus.
- Knowledge of building systems and building automation is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of architectural and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
