Why is the Position Open?Due to growth, we are hiring for a newly created role of Associate People Partner, People Experience. Reporting to the VP of People, you’ll join an awesome (and expanding) People Experience team on our mission to deliver a world-class experience for our team members. You will coordinate key operational and engagement activities, from supporting our new starters as they onboard and settle into their new roles with UpGuard, to helping us maintain a culture of inclusion, engagement, and growth within the organization. Partnering with colleagues and leaders at a global level, the Associate People Partner, People Experience will oversee our UpStarter onboarding program, ensuring that our team members are equipped for success from day one; help with the seamless delivery of monthly, quarterly, and yearly people activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes and initiatives, ultimately supporting the organization's talent acquisition, development, and retention goals.While this is a remote role based in the Philippines, you will influence and engage globally with UpGuard team members spread across 10 countries.

What you’ll do ?

  • Generate and maintain team member documentation, including contracts, variation letters, visas, and other compliance-related documents.
  • Coordinate new starter onboarding, liaising with hiring managers, buddies, and key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience and achieve key onboarding milestones and activities.
  • Maintain and deliver a calendar of virtual activities and events focusing on social connection, diversity and inclusion, well-being, and learning.
  • Coordinate and participate in team and organizational-wide people activities, including quarterly and annual team planning, goal setting, quarterly retros, and performance and compensation reviews.
  • Monitor and follow up on the completion of compliance training for new starters as well as recurring compliance-related training
  • Provide support and help with organizing regular in-person events held throughout the year.

What are we looking for ?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At Least 2+ years of experience in HR, specifically in onboarding and employee engagement, preferably in a global setting.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (BambooHR) and Google Workplace
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
