They are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the delivery of product initiatives across their cloud-based platform. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who wants hands-on exposure to product development, cross-functional collaboration, and agile delivery within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to help transform ideas into successfully launched features, support product quality initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvements throughout the product development lifecycle.
Support the planning and delivery of product features and enhancements across the platform
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Jira and Confluence
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery within agile sprint environments
Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and release coordination
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to better understand user needs and operational challenges
Participate in customer calls, feedback sessions, and product discussions to support continuous improvement initiatives
Help test new features and support QA validation before deployment
Monitor product usage and user feedback to identify product enhancement opportunities
Assist with product documentation, release notes, and internal communications
Utilize collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, HubSpot, and Office Suite in day-to-day operations
1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely with global teams across different time zones
Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a SaaS environment
Basic understanding of agile processes, sprint cycles, and product delivery workflows
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms is a plus
Exposure to cloud-based SaaS products, B2B platforms, or technology-driven environments is advantageous
