Job Description
- Coordinating with Indonesian client stakeholders (in local language) to understand the issues and requirements and translating the issue understanding to English
- Translate business documents, reports, and communications from Bahasa to the target language and vice versa.
- Provide interpretation services during business meetings, negotiations, and conferences within the retail and CPG sectors.
- Ensure accurate and culturally sensitive translations that meet the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication across linguistic barriers.
- Stay updated on industry terminology and trends to deliver high-quality translations and interpretations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Bahasa and the target language.
- Proven experience in translation and interpretation, particularly within the retail and CPG industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of business terminology and practices in retail and CPG.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
