As part of our ongoing growth, we now require a new Assurance Administrator in the FI Ltd Central Education team. This is an essential support role collaborating across our First Intuition Limited centres. Your focus will be to ensure that we are operating within the regulatory requirements and support the effective improvement of programme activities.
Annual full time salary: £23,500 - £25,000.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently process paperwork and associated reporting for apprenticeship learners ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulation
- First point of contact for FI Ltd Centres addressing and resolving quality and regulatory queries promptly and professionally, escalating where required
- Administer our Functional Skills (Direct Claims Status), providing support to ensure quality standards are maintained across the First Intuition network
- Support the Quality and Assurance Lead on external audits for our Direct Claims Status on Functional Skills
- Assist with quality monitoring across coaching teams to help improve performance
- Monitor and report on the outcomes of quality improvement surveys sharing with the relevant teams across FI Ltd
- Manage the administration in relation to observations undertaken within the Central Education team both within Ltd, across the network and with our subcontractors
- Take the lead in coordinating the administrative aspects of sampling activities across programmes
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the First Intuition Quality Network, contributing to the effective functioning of the network
- Provide support for additional tasks and projects as requested by management demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach to meeting evolving Central Education team needs

- Exemplary attention to detail ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and documentation
- Exhibits excellent organisational skills, adept at managing time and coordinating workloads to meet deadlines and priorities effectively
- Possesses strong computer skills with an advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, collaborating effectively within teams and communicating clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally
- Likes to explore and learn by asking questions to drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrates a proactive work ethic, consistently taking initiative to address challenges and seize opportunities for personal improvement
- Proficiently operates in a remote work environment, displaying self-discipline and adaptability
- Previous experience of apprenticeships and/or working in a quality role is advantageous
