Job Description

Athenix Solutions Group is looking for a Mid to Sr. level Recruiter to support our Virginia Intel business vertical.

Position Overview:

The candidate must be proficient in applying proactive, innovative, and relevant sourcing techniques to complete a wide variety of difficult and complex assignments. In addition, must demonstrate a thorough understanding of laws and regulations relevant to the Cyber and Intelligence market. Candidate will draw upon his/her knowledge of the cleared marketplace to deliver efficient recruiting solutions to hiring managers. This position is remote but will require some travel initially to HQ in Fulton, MD, as well as monthly meetings. There could possibly be travel to various sites throughout Northern Virginia as well.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to handle a wide variety of sensitive situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) with all levels of employees and managers on sourcing issues pertaining to assigned area of responsibility.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the application of relevant laws and regulations within the Cyber and Intelligence markets as well as Talent Management principles and company policies, in an effort to persuade and guide managers in making decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential assignments and work in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with leadership, BD and the TA Lead in defining position responsibilities and identifying potential qualified candidates.
  • Screens and recommends placement of candidates for experienced technical, professional, and management positions.
  • Manages awareness against hard to fill requisitions pertaining to prospective candidates.
  • Ability to format redacted resumes, submittal templates, and manage staffing portals.
  • Takes responsibility for long-range sourcing/planning, including project start-up and close out.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting for the Virginia cleared market specifically recruiting highly sought out Technical experts.
  • Proficiency in e-recruiting and automated application tracking systems. Greenhouse ATS experience is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing background and skills with various job aides and recruiting tools, specifically with LinkedIn and ClearanceJobs.com, and various media sources.
  • Recruiter must be based and work out of Northern Virginia with the potential of traveling to Fulton, Maryland and/or customer site. Hybrid/ Remote work offered once candidate is up and running proficiently.

Desired:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Professional certification (or equivalent) is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working on fast paced IDIQ contracts
