The Automation & Optimization Analyst is a key role within the Revenue Cycle department, focused on enhancing operational efficiency through automation and optimization solutions. This position utilizes tools like EPIC automation, Studio-X, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. The analyst is responsible for leveraging advanced coding solutions and new technologies to support process improvements and scalability. They champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, collaborating across departments and providing training and support for ongoing development needs. A deep understanding of Revenue Cycle processes, lean methodology, and automation technologies is essential for this role.Position Details:

Shift: Full-Time, Days
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Degree or equivalent
Experience: 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, process improvement, or automation-related roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Certification/Registration: Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent preferred, not required.
Other Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
Proficiency in Studio-X, Power Automate, and/or Copilot Studio
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with Epic and basic report writing preferred.
