Job Description

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Representative to join our Partner Acquisition team.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, generating leads, closing sales, analyzing sales data and trends, and developing strategies for increasing sales. Additionally, you will give presentations to prospective customers, assist with product launches, and help develop new marketing initiatives. You will also interact with a variety of teams and individuals within the organization, such as sales, marketing, customer support, and product teams.

First 3 tasks in the role

  1. Train on the company's products, services, and sales strategies.
  2. Identify and contact potential customers to generate sales leads.
  3. Identify and capitalize/test on new sales channels.

Responsibility

  • Identifying potential customers around the world, build relationships with them, promote products and services to them, and closing deals (full-cycle sales).
  • Researching potential customers and markets, setting sales goals and objectives, and tracking sales performance.
  • Resolving customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers;
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers;
  • Establish the working process of the Customer Success Department;
  • Measure the NPC rate of current clients who are being connected and propose a plan to increase this NPC;
  • Create a workflow for working with the product and development teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in fintech/trading or gambling/betting;
  • B2B software sales experience from 2 years;
  • Full-cycle sales experience;
  • Good understanding of the company’s products and services, sound knowledge of the industry, and a high level of customer service;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficient in sales tools and adept at automating tasks;
  • Fluency in English (at least B2+).

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Portuguese (at least B2+);
  • Fluency in Spanish (at least B2+);
  • SaaS sales experience.

We offer full-time remote work as a Service Provider in the following countries:

Bulgaria, Georgia, Belarus, Hungary, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, or Estonia (a residence permit is a must, except for Georgia).
