    In your role as....

    Responsibilities and duties

    • Conduct active prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
    • Identify and map qualified leads that fit the ideal customer profile (ICP).
    • Use consultative sales techniques to engage potential customers and understand their needs.
    • Feed and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate and strategic information.
    • Create personalized contact sequences and conduct high-quality follow-ups.
    • Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams to optimize prospecting strategies.
    • Generate SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) for the sales team, ensuring a consistent and qualified pipeline.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, or in related sales roles (minimum of 6 months).
    • Knowledge of prospecting and consultative sales techniques (SPIN, BANT, etc.).
    • Experience using CRMs (HubSpot is a plus).
    • Ability to work with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ramper, or similar platforms.
    • Familiarity with prospecting KPIs (number of leads worked on, conversion rate, etc.).XXXX

    Not required, but it would be great if you had:

    • Certifications or courses in sales (Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, etc.).
    • Experience with prospecting at companies in the technology or education sectors.
    • Ability to customize prospecting cadences and strategic approaches.
    • Experience in a 100% remote sales environment.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and growth strategies.

    Additional Information
