In your role as....
Responsibilities and duties
- Conduct active prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Identify and map qualified leads that fit the ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Use consultative sales techniques to engage potential customers and understand their needs.
- Feed and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate and strategic information.
- Create personalized contact sequences and conduct high-quality follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams to optimize prospecting strategies.
- Generate SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) for the sales team, ensuring a consistent and qualified pipeline.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, or in related sales roles (minimum of 6 months).
- Knowledge of prospecting and consultative sales techniques (SPIN, BANT, etc.).
- Experience using CRMs (HubSpot is a plus).
- Ability to work with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ramper, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with prospecting KPIs (number of leads worked on, conversion rate, etc.).XXXX
Not required, but it would be great if you had:
- Certifications or courses in sales (Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, etc.).
- Experience with prospecting at companies in the technology or education sectors.
- Ability to customize prospecting cadences and strategic approaches.
- Experience in a 100% remote sales environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and growth strategies.

Salary, health, meals, and well-being:
- Meal Allowance: R$710.00 per month (deposited on a flexible benefit card);
- Food allowance: R$167.00 per month;
