    Job Description

    The benefits team is a part of the Global Total Rewards function within HR and is necessary in supporting the attraction, and retention of company talents. You will support strategic development, implementation and maintenance of our benefit programmes including retirement plans, life and disability insurance, medical insurance, flexible benefits and wellbeing programmes.

    You will report to the EMEA regional benefits manager.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Participate in the strategic development of benefits, retirement and wellbeing strategy.

    • Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and your partners to ensure that all plans are compliant with regulations and company policies.

    • Lead implementation and project manage implementation of new programmes and plan design changes.

    • Analyse programme use, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of existing programmes.

    • Help develop all benefits, retirement and wellbeing communications

    • Good literacy skills (grammar, spelling, ability to proofread).

    • Understanding of communication strategy: messaging, style, branding, tactics.

    • Organise and present content logically, and ensure completeness of content, maintaining documents to keep current.

    • Ensure familiarity with company procedures. Apply policies in compliance with government laws.

    • Support benefits processes such as renewal, survey participation, and second tier benefits query escalation.

    • Help create business cases for benefits implementation in Europe, Middle East and Africa (market benchmark, research of legal requirements, cost estimations) Following our goals

    • Provide customer service to relevant partners (e.g. employees, internal partners, external vendors)

    The Essentials - You Will Have:

    • 5 years of demonstrated benefits and retirement plan management experience, in a multinational/global organisation.

    • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent experience.

    • Experience managing and protecting confidential data.

    • Prior experience managing outsourced vendors.

    • Negotiation experience, building positive relations with works councils and unions.

    • Involvement with mergers/acquisitions/divestitures due diligence and integration.

    • Experience with project management, SharePoint, Teams.

    The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

    • Knowledge of EMEA benefit plan laws and regulations.

    • Fluent in statistics and market trends.

    • Expertise in developing successful relationships with internal/external partners.

    • High-level Excel skills.

    • Execution capabilities.

    • Anticipate and resolve challenges.

    • Problem-solving attitude.

    Le poste est rattaché à la Responsable Benefits pour la région EMEA.

    Responsabilités

    · Participer au développement stratégique de la stratégie Benefits, Retraite et Bien‑être.

    · Gérer les relations avec les prestataires, courtiers, consultants et partenaires internes afin de garantir la conformité des programmes aux réglementations et aux politiques de l’entreprise.

    · Piloter la mise en œuvre et la gestion de projets liés aux nouveaux programmes et aux évolutions de design des plans.

    · Analyser l’utilisation des programmes, identifier les tendances et formuler des recommandations pour améliorer l’efficacité des dispositifs existants.

    · Contribuer à l’élaboration de toutes les communications Benefits, Retraite et Bien‑être.

    · Disposer d’excellentes compétences rédactionnelles (grammaire, orthographe, relecture).

    · Comprendre la stratégie de communication : messages, style, branding, tactiques.

    · Organiser et présenter les contenus de manière logique, assurer l’exhaustivité et maintenir les documents à jour.

    · Connaître les procédures internes et appliquer les politiques en conformité avec la législation.

    · Soutenir les processus Benefits tels que les renouvellements, la participation aux enquêtes et la gestion des demandes de second niveau.

    · Contribuer à la création de business cases pour la mise en place d’avantages en Europe, au Moyen‑Orient et en Afrique (benchmark marché, exigences légales, estimations de coûts).

    · Fournir un service client aux partenaires concernés (salariés, équipes internes, prestataires externes).

    Compétences essentielles

    · 5 ans d’expérience avérée en gestion des avantages sociaux et des régimes de retraite, idéalement dans une organisation multinationale ou globale.

    · Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, finance, ressources humaines
