Job Description

Position Purpose:
Exciting opportunity as a contracts manager to join ITRG’s Bids & Contracts team in support of our government line of business. Fast-paced environment and supportive team and management make this a fun, interesting, and stimulating role. You will interact with various stakeholders, from external clients to managing partners, attorneys and bid managers. No two days are alike if you are up for the challenge!

What you will do:

  • Assist the Legal and Bids teams in the preparation, review, and management of master agreements and government contracts.
  • Review and manage legal documents, contracts, and related correspondence, including maintenance and organization of contract files and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with the terms of our government contracts, from reporting to modifications.
  • Liaise with government agencies, clients, and internal departments to facilitate contract modifications and amendments.
  • Be the point person for specific contract issues and nuances of use of contracts.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure all contractual obligations are met, including reporting oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law degree, or similar qualifying experience.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Fluency in French is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, preference given to government contracts experience.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, rules, and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research; excellent grammar and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
