Overview
The BIM/VDC Piping Senior Project Lead is responsible for performing modeling of specific or multiple systems/disciplines, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective shop drawings that support our operations teams by enabling a smooth transition into fabrication and installation. This role oversees the 3D modeling and coordination process across one or more projects, always striving to deliver the most efficient and value-driven product on their assigned projects. Assist the BIM/VDC Manager to cultivate a team focused on strategic planning, cost-conscious execution, and continuous improvement to enhance project outcomes.
Responsibilities

Manage BIM subcontractors on specific job assignments.
Participate in weekly staff meetings to confirm that the team is meeting deadlines, optimizing

Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
· High School diploma or GED.
6 to 10 years of experience in BIM Piping processes for large commercial construction projects.
Expert building systems, code, fabrication, and installation knowledge.
Expert software (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Fabrication, and Bluebeam) knowledge.
Complete understanding of the BIM/VDC process.
Ability to maintain patience and understanding in a stress-filled environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary. · Experience in a leadership role with responsibility for development of others.

Pay Range
