- Manpower Planning, Line Design, Process Optimization, Time and Motion Studies, Plant Floor and Productivity Improvement, Capacity Analysis & Ergonomics Experience in developing manual and automatic stations.
- Provide Battery Process Engineering & MBOM Management support for New Program delivery.
- In depth knowledge of Battery Pack Assembly Process, Array Modules development, Battery Cell chemistry and Modules manufacturing types.
- In-depth knowledge on Siemens Easy Plan tool and basic understanding of how Easy Plan connected to other downstream Modelling, Analysis and Validation Tools in Siemens Teamcenter Ecosystem
- Assist in development of New Program MBOM based on Bill of Process / Legacy Process.
- EBOM to MBOM allocation in Product structure for New and Current Programs.
- Create & Update Product BOP for changes in Process Elements, Parts, Tools, Usage condition codes, Plants.
- Create Plant BOP, BOE & Operations structure, Process allocations, work classification such as VA/NVABN/NVA, creating time studies, linking of process & Time study elements.
- Assess overall productivity constraint analysis utilizing suitable tools.
- Maintain the Process data in Easy Plan up to date for downstream functions such as 3D Factory, DPA5 and Discrete Event Simulation
- Industrial Engineering tools & Techniques such as Work Measurement, Method study, Line balancing, capturing & eliminating Muda, Mura, Muri
- Exposure to other tools such as GSPAS, Team Center, Team Center Vis mockup
- Drive Program review meetings, Work with Siemens / IT team to resolve Tool issues raised by Process users, track tools issues and send weekly report to Management.
Education Qualification: UG / PG Degree in Industrial Engineering
