Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to oversee and lead the operations of our Not Pot brand. In this role, you will be responsible for steering the brand toward increased profitability and building a dedicated team. Your success in this role will be directly reflected in your compensation, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions based on the brand's profitability.

Responsibilities

Driving Sustainable Growth and Profitability

  • Assume strategic leadership, guiding the brand towards achieving set financial targets, focusing on long-term profitability and sustainability.
  • Develop and implement robust growth strategies, managing profit and loss (P&L) effectively, and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Oversee key performance metrics, adapting strategies to ensure continuous growth and market dominance.

Performance Management

  • Set clear performance KPIs in alignment with the brand's strategic goals.
  • Continuously monitor operational performance, adjusting tactics as necessary to maintain alignment with overall objectives.

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in fast-growing consumer brands or top-tier consulting firms.
  • Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in corporate financial management.

Soft Skills

  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a deep passion for consumer retail and brand-building.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and exceptional decision-making skills.
