Market demand requires that we find a Broker Relationship Account Manager to build and grow relationships and cultivate strong partnerships. This position will be responsible for growing existing broker relationships while developing new ones. Candidates should be goal-oriented, motivated and persistent.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and build relationships with new partners as we grow our business
Manage and grow all existing pre-settlement and medical lien broker relationships, including directing transactions through the submission to funding stage
Oversee all contact with brokers and attorneys: initiating contact, following up, answering broker and attorney questions
Manage pre-settlement contracts from brokers and work with customers to execute them Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years of sales experience
1-2 years of experience in the pre-settlement or medical lien field is a plus
Personal Injury knowledge is a plus
Ability to work with sales and other high energy personalities
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite and Excel
Ability to manage professional and executive relationships that require high touch
Excellent telephone and written communication skills for communicating with C-suite executives
Must be self-driven, motivated and high energy with desire to take ownership of sales channels Benefits
