Job Description Overview:
We are in search of a driven Strategy & Insight Consultant to support us in enhancing the performance of our clients across multiple industries. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to review and evaluate current business strategies, propose improvements, and implement initiatives to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. We encourage candidates with experience in strategy consulting to apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Walkthroughs: Conduct detailed walkthroughs of business processes to identify opportunities for automation and gather requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs), proposals, and other necessary documentation to support RPA initiatives.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document business requirements for RPA solutions.
- Analysis and Mapping: Analyze business processes, map them to automation solutions, and identify potential improvements.
- Solution Design: Work with the RPA development team to design effective automation solutions that meet business requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business users and the RPA development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing and validation of RPA solutions where needed to ensure they meet business needs and function as intended.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the new processes and automated solutions.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Responsibilities: -
- Understand the organization's business objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape, and align business strategies with those objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of internal and external data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
- Develop strategic plans and initiatives based on the analysis, and present findings and recommendations to executive management.
- Assist clients in defining and documenting their business requirements to align with their strategic objectives.
- Ensure clients receive the maximum value from their investment by applying proper methodologies, processes, and best practices in all consulting engagements.
- Work closely with key customers to keep them informed of changes in strategic plans and initiatives designed to improve service.
- Submit regular reports to the management team about the company's performance and progress of new initiatives.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in business English – written and spoken.
- Available to work across multiple time zones.
Requirements
Qualifications/Competencies:
- Master of Business Administration in finance, Marketing,International business, Strategy or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a business strategy consultant or similar role, ideally from a Big 4 or similar background.
- Analysis of financial metrics, business metrics, competitive intelligence, data mining, market research, predictive analysis.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as blockchain, IOT, RPA, conversational AI, etc.
- Proficient in Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced skills.
- Ability to prepare detailed financial documents and complex reports.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent data collection and analysis skills ·Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certification is a plus.
