We’re seeking a Business Analyst - Investor Portal to join our stellar team on contract basis. You will have the opportunity to work with our cutting edge products in creating new features and functionality. As part of the Wealth organization, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment responsible for delivery core solutions. The Business Analyst will work with the product team to define the product roadmap, define the online experience, and document the business requirements for Client Online portal.

Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will help define, document and deliver the capabilities for our client web portal for Wealth Management clients
  • Will collaborate with partners in multiple business lines to ensure convergence with overall Enterprise strategy while achieving specific line of business goals and objectives
  • Will document stories and features to create a comprehensive backlog
  • Will partner with technology, design teams, program management to ensure alignment with design principles and develop high confidence execution plans

Qualifications:

  • 10 - 12 years of experience working as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or project management focused on Client Digital Platforms for Wealth Management
  • Experience with Agile/SDLC and Waterfall Methodology.
  • Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and documenting features and stories.
  • Ability to support tight timelines around release and end of iteration requirements.
  • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or JIRA
  • Focused on the delivery of high-quality solutions which address real business needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to support teammates as needed when workloads must be balanced.
