Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Consultant to join our team. The Business Consultant will play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other applications, to support and enhance business processes.
- Lead and participate in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Analyse and interpret business needs, translating them into clear technical requirements and functional specifications.
- Gather, document, and maintain detailed business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
- Design and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
- Apply a strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes in the context of ServiceNow.
- Utilize agile methodologies and project management tools to manage and deliver projects effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other applications.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
- Demonstrated interest in process design and optimization.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Scrum, Prince2, Kanban).
- German and English fluent (min. B2).
