We're looking multiple Business Developers Charging Solutions within different locations in Europe to contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. As a Business Developer, you're responsible for the development of customers in your region.

That includes: discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • As a Business Developer, you actively prospect in your area and present Smappee, our products and services to potential customers.
  • Cold calling is no problem for you.
  • You set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • You analyse costs and benefits of potential customers.
  • You develop a database of leads in order to keep an overview.
  • You achieve planned sales targets and outcomes within the deadline.
  • You keep your technical knowledge up to date and are aware of changes in the market and with competition.

Requirements

  • You have 2 + years of sales experience/business development in a technical environment
  • You surprise us with your selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Perseverance is your middle name.
  • You feel good in a flexible environment where you get the opportunity to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurship, proactivity, and a commercial mindset characterise you.
  • You can express yourself well in German and English.
  • You have a ‘green heart’ and you believe in renewable energy.
