As a New Business Associate, you’ll report directly to our Director of Partnerships and be responsible for managing the operational inputs of the sales process. Within those responsibilities, you’ll be overseeing the day-to-day functions of Darkroom’s CRM, scheduling calls with new business opportunities, and assisting with the development of sales collateral.

This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone. Exclusively for females.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist Director of Partnerships in the building and implementation of core processes and infrastructures.

  • Assist in the maintenance of current infrastructures, such as Notion, Drive, Slack, etc.

  • Assist in the execution of company-wide initiatives and operational projects.

  • Assist with the building of sales decks and procedures.

  • Oversee management of Darkroom's CRM (Hubspot)

  • Facilitate conversations with eco-system partners

  • Representing the company by attending conferences and events, and engaging with potential partners.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelors Degree in Communications or similar

  • 2+ years managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (Agency experience preferred)

  • Experience working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred)

  • Experience working at Digital agencies
