    Their Sales team is seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive to join its global community of experts. The role will focus on establishing strategic business relationships with new clients, driving client satisfaction, maximizing revenue results, functioning as an integral part of the Business Development team, and supporting all current go-to-market strategies.

    Requirements

    You Are

    • A proven individual contributor looking for opportunities to grow a territory

    • A sales leader with a proven track record of closing large and complex deals

    • An expert with a degree (Master’s is a plus)

    • A person with a deep understanding of business challenges

    • Knowledgeable in public cloud technologies

    • Able to build and lead cross-functional teams

    • Passionate about new technologies such as Metaverse and GenAI

    • Experienced with Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, custom application development, IT consulting, eCommerce, Big Data, or digital services in new client accounts

    • Skilled in all aspects of consultative sales and business development: prospecting, initiation, deal qualification, closure, and customer satisfaction

    • An adept at opening new accounts and building high-quality relationships versus taking a transactional approach

    • Familiar with varied services across business development and delivery functions in a complex, highly matrixed, and professional services company

    • Connected with senior-level executives

    • A fluent German and English speaker The ideal candidate would also have experience within the supply chain field

    What You Would Do

    • Pursue new opportunities across a collection of targeted accounts

    • Engage new and existing clients to secure new agreements

    • Bring and build industry knowledge and relationships

    • Responsible for achieving $3+ million in annual revenue targets

    • Achieving assigned quota within a given territory by selling the company's portfolio of professional services and software development offerings

    • Maintaining pipeline progress and forecast accuracy, and opportunity progression

    • Driving contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners as appropriate

    • Traveling 50%+

    • Driving company sales process and methodologies, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Engagement Management, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Account Management) to effectively close new client deals

    • Participating and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews

    • Building a territory and account plan for the given fiscal year, leveraging existing pipeline, targeted account planning, prospecting efforts, and marketing initiatives
