Job Description:

As a Freelancer Business Development Executive at Collibet India, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and ultimately converting leads into profitable partnerships. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to earn competitive commissions based on performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential clients and market segments to target for business development opportunities.

2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and acquire new clients.

3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

5. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for business growth.

7. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role, preferably in Software Development.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.

6. Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to different time zones if required.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
