Job Facts & Figures:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and generate leads through channels like social media, events, and networking.
  • Collaborate with marketing to leverage and nurture inbound leads.
  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to key decision-makers.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Understand the software engineering services landscape and our competitive advantages.

Sales and Closing Deals:

  • Lead client negotiations and address objections.
  • Present tailored proposals that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas, contributing to company growth.
  • Track progress, provide updates, and maintain records in Office365 CRM.
  • Report to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • College or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development.
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation skills.
  • Demonstrated sales and territory management skills.
  • Knowledge of North American Medtech markets (Automotive or Aerospace are a plus).

  • Competitive base salary with commission structure and quarterly bonus.

  • Annual trips to international Critical Software offices (e.g., Lisbon/Portugal, Munich/Germany, Southampton/UK).
