Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through strategic development initiatives and effective management of the BDR team.

What you'll be doing

  • Mentor, lead and motivate your team of BDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Ops team on analytics that help you make strategic decisions to help your BDRs hit targets
  • Connect with Marketing to develop and executive effective strategies to acquire more leads for the Account Executives
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with Sales Enablement programs to enhance skills for the BDRs
  • Identify and make recommendations for processes and campaign improvements
  • Help construct career paths for team members and guide them in their development

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in business development (full-cycle sales) and team management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • A process-oriented, analytical and data-informed work approach
  • Experience with Enterprise segment with be a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Your team will be fully remote and your biggest challenge will be keeping them engaged and motivated as they try to hit targets. You will need to be process oriented so you’re able to quickly determine what type of coaching or changes are needed for your team.
