A comprehensive set of developer tools, including SDKs and widgets, coupled with world-class APIs, dramatically reduces integration times for partners. Monite allows B2B platforms to offer a broad range of financial products to their customers, optimizing efficiency, quality, and user-experience, all while generating additional revenue. The company is backed by Third Prime, P72, founders of Klarna, Mollie and Nium, and execs from Plaid and PayPal.

  • Example of the API client E.g. in the API case - neobank Tide could 3x unit economics & engagement by offering expenses automation like Expensify/Rydoo and payables automation like Libeo/Meliopayments/Candis via our API. With our API it'd be 4-8 week deployment time and close-to-zero building cost.

Monite lets neobanks or B2B SaaS companies embed Invoicing, AP Automation, and other functionalities into their existing interface in 3-5 weeks. Essentially, we’re building a company like Stripe but focused on finance automation. It’s a new industry we’re opening in Embedded Finance.

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager with a proven track record in self-generating and closing Mid-Market to enterprise level deals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and possess expertise in the following areas:

  • Managing the full sales cycle effectively
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce and maintaining data hygiene
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha
  • Collaborating closely with product teams and payments to influence and shape the overall business strategy.

Requirements

  • You will have 7+ years experience within a Business Development Manager/Account Executive position
  • Close pipeline from start to finish
  • Ideally, you will have experience in a FinTech/Payments solutions organisation and with a more technical and customisable product
  • You’ll have experience in mid-market and enterprise sales
  • Generate new opportunities from targeted outbound activity, networking, and referrals
  • You are data-driven and use metrics & funnels to monitor sales performance, come up with initiatives, and identify blockers.
