About the Role
CK Funded is actively expanding into South Asia and is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, or Tamil to support trader acquisition and community building across diverse linguistic markets. This is a results-oriented and commission-driven role that requires strong educational qualifications and a deep background in the trading industry.
The BDM will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, building affiliate relationships, and promoting CK Funded value proposition to traders and institutions across the region.
What You Will Do
Identify, approach, and convert traders, trading academies, educators, and affiliate marketers in your language-speaking region
Drive strategic partnerships and community engagement efforts through webinars, digital meetups, and localized content
Promote CK Funded trading products, challenges, and funding models to targeted audiences
Manage onboarding, account setup, and relationship management for local clients and partners
Monitor regional performance metrics, conversion rates, and client feedback
Work closely with internal teams (support, marketing, finance) to streamline client experience
Represent CK Funded brand in culturally relevant and professional ways across all platforms
Provide weekly reporting on partnership performance and market insights
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Professional fluency in English and one or more of the following: Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
Proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
Certifications in sales, trading, or financial markets are a strong plus
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
Experience
3+ years of business development or sales experience in the trading, prop firm, or forex industry
Proven ability to drive conversions, close deals, and manage B2B/B2C relationships
Knowledge of prop trading funding models, trader behaviour, and onboarding flows
Experience building local market presence or managing regional growth efforts
Understanding of digital sales strategies, funnels, and social selling
