This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote position strengthens operational rhythm and client responsiveness across retained and contingent assignments, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities
Develop proposals and pricing recommendations aligned to client goals and risk profile
Map target accounts and create multi-threaded stakeholder engagement plans
Lead sales cadence, pipeline reviews, and prioritisation across key accounts
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure handover quality and ongoing account health
Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs, decision criteria, and timelines
Requirements
Experience leading sales cadence and coaching pipeline management practices
Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally services-led or solution sales
Ability to run structured discovery, qualify opportunities, and build clear proposals
Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
