We’re an IT outsourcing & staff augmentation company looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our client portfolio - primarily in the US and European markets.
We’re looking for someone who is actively based in Europe, energetic, and ready to roll up their sleeves in a real sales environment - not just manage spreadsheets, but actually hunt, pitch, and close.
Employment type: Open to both full-time and part-time engagement. We’ll discuss details during the process.
Requirements
Based in Europe
Advanced English (C1+)- you’ll be dealing directly with US-based clients.
5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management at an IT outsourcing / staff augmentation company
Proven track record of outbound sales, pipeline building, and full-cycle deal management - from first touch to signed contract
Experience working with international markets, particularly the US and Europe
Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a consistent record of hitting revenue targets
Proactive, hands-on approach — you don’t wait for leads to come to you, you go find them
Experience developing industry partnerships, customer networks, and new market opportunities
Open to business travel across Europe and beyond
