We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive the successful market entry and long-term growth of Sprinklr in Poland. The role requires a strong track record in enterprise sales, ability to open and develop new markets, and confident presence in front of senior stakeholders.
Requirements
5-7 years of professional experience in a sales-related environment
Established network in the Polish market
Proven experience in customer management and acquisition
Strong understanding of Customer Experience, analytics, digital marketing, social media, or MarTech
Solid SaaS expertise, ideally including experience with platforms such as Sprinklr
Confident in navigating complex stakeholder environments
Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights
