What is your profile?

You are an energetic and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You have previous business development experience with merchant payment processing solutions or a related area. Being capable of working independently while maintaining a customer-oriented, service-focused mindset is your forte. You love to travel. You possess excellent English communication skills and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. In addition, if you are proficient in languages such as French or German or Russian or Ukrainian you have an advantage. You are passionate about the Payments industry and developing strong, long term client relationships!

Requirements list:

  • Previous experience in merchant payment processing is advantageous

What will your role be?

You will be entering a remote contract role as a Business Development Manager/ Solutions Specialist and you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth in your agreed region (e.g. Cyprus, Switzerland, Russia, UK, Ukraine). Your objective will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans, conduct market research, present solutions to clients and develop the company's client base. In this role, you will identify and engage potential merchant clients in need of payment solutions, focusing on online-based businesses through comprehensive market research. You will guide clients seamlessly through the onboarding process while maintaining accurate records using the company's CRM system. Representing the company at regional meetings and events, you will leverage your personal networks to access key decision-makers, ensuring a robust sales pipeline across various prospects. Your ability to connect with clients and deliver exceptional service will be critical to your success in this challenging and rewarding position.
